Okay then Coach Carmen what is Zoë Spirit?

As we make our EXODUS FROM THE MATRIX TO THE KINGDOM and begin existing as Kingdom heirs and heiresses we have to learn a new way of living. It is based on the Greek word Zoë meaning… “The absolute fullness of life belonging to God and to Christ in whom the "logos" put on human nature.” This beautiful Greek word also means… “To live a real and genuine vigorous life, devoted to God, putting trust in Christ. How did Zoë Spirit come about?

In 1998 after being asked to write a chapter in a health and wellness book for African-American women, I was inspired to begin teaching what I then called Divine Holistic Living (holistic wellness from a Christian perspective). Back then I focused on subjects not often taught in the church, such as inner cleansing, fitness, and Aromatherapy. I facilitated wellness workshops that introduced clients to “Divine Baths” (healing Aromatherapy baths) and detoxification techniques that required scripture meditation. I even created a workout class called “Spirit Dance”, which combined fitness with praise and worship.

A decade later in 2008 Divine Holistic Living evolved into Zoë Spirit during my “cocoon” experience (the time I was ill) when my life depended on intense spiritual warfare. In my darkest hours God began to teach me practices for living in a moment-by-moment consciousness of the Spirit of God within. Those practices not only helped me survive the nonstop excruciating pain, they ALLOWED ME TO HEAL MY MIND AND BODY DRUG FREE! Coach Carmen what about this Superbeing stuff?

Simply put we are Superbeings because God, creator of the heavens and the earth is our Father. If you have made Jesus Lord of your life, His Spirit, the Holy Spirit and the Spirit of God lives in you, making you a “Superbeing”. Jesus assured us that we could and would do supernatural things. John 4:12-14 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.” God knew that we would need supernatural assistance to help us live beyond our natural abilities. Acts 1:8 “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you…” That power was not natural power, it was and is supernatural power. In the I Corinthians 12 (amplified) the spiritual gifts are referred to as “the special endowments of supernatural energy”

“Superbeings” are not controlled by their carnal nature, they’re led by their spirit. Romans 8:8-9 “So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God. But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you…”

Like many believers, you may not have known that you are a “Superbeing” because you haven’t learned how to consistently activate the fearless power given you. Superbeings are empowered by faith. Fear is like “kryptonite” to a Superbeing. II Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power and God and of a sound mind."

“Superbeing” lives by the standard of a supernatural government, which is the Kingdom of God. Therefore you are in this world, but not of this world’s order, which is why I sometimes refer to the world as “The Matrix”. The Kingdom of God is a spiritual Kingdom that can only be entered into by spirit. I Corinthians 15:50 “Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot enter inherit the Kingdom of God…” Zoë Spirit living will activate your superpower encouraging you to put God first everyday. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us.” Love is faith in its purest form. 1 John 4:18 “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear:”
