Master Pilates Instructor & Wellness Coach, Denise Beachem and Certified Holistic Health Coach & founder of Sharing The Bliss, Carmen Abercrombie, began the Walk, Stretch & Breathe Wellness Movement in 2016 after the request of so many of their clients for a live wellness event.
Since then Walk, Stretch & Breathe has been giving women the opportunity to come together and experience the wonderful effects of combining the restorative power of nature, stress relieving breathwork and movement with holistic health & wellness education.
Our Wellness Movement is now partnering with corporations, churches, groups, and organizations that want to support the well-being of their employees, members, and communities. Walk, Stretch & Breathe is sure to have each participating woman feeling refreshed, empowered, and more effective when they return to whatever work they do.

Meet The Coaches
Carmen Abercrombie, Master Holistic Health, Purpose & Empowerment Coach for Women
This former Miss Black Staten Island, and Miss Black New York, USA turned Master Coach, author, speaker and founder of Sharing The Bliss is the creator of the "28-Day Body & Soul Detox", "Package Your Purpose" the Sacred Self-Care Sisterhood Movement, and Host of the "Sharing The Bliss Podcast". Coach Carmen has taken hundreds through her transformational programs since closing her wellness shop & day spa to recover from a blood illness in 2010. Now she's ready to support you!
Coach Denise, Master Pilates Instructor
Better known as The Wellness Deeva, this Master Pilates Instructor, creator of "Plank-N-Pilates", "28-Day Body & Soul Detox Coach" and Co-host of the "Sharing The Bliss Podcast" (Spotify and YouTube) is passionate about helping women 40 and over flow through the changes of life with grace, ease and strength.

Wellness Walk w/ The Coaches
Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Bring a mat, towel and backpack to keep your hands free. There is a space in the Tuscan Garden for us to leave our mats while we walk.
The lovely, rejuvenating walk will be 20 to 30 mintues long. Learn proper breathing techniques that can be used throughout the day and beyond for energy or calm.
After the walk we will return back to the Tuscan Garden to grab our mats for Pilates with Coach Denise.

This class is designed for every fitness level. Whether you are a Pilates pro or experiencing it for the first time this outdoor class will be a body and soul awakening experience.

Health & Wellness Q&A w/ Coach Carmen
After the Pilates session snacks and drinks will be distributed and Q&A with Coach Carmen will begin.
Have your questions ready and be prepared to receive answers that most doctors will never give you. Regardness of where you are on your physical, mental and emotional health & wellness journey, you will receive the loving, non-judgemental support you deserve.
