The annual, Crown Gathering & Tea is a premier celebration of Black female leadership, empowerment, and excellence. The elegant high tea is filled with inspiration, networking, and community. The 2025 venue was at the beautiful Saybrook Point Resort & Marina in Old Saybrook, Connecticut.

A First Class Experience from a First Class Organization
The Black Business Alliance gave my Team and I a truly luxurious experience at the Saybrook Point Resort & Marina - Luxury Connecticut Oceanside Hotel, beginning with the lovely flowers that were sent up to my room. Even the art work on the card said "Coach Carmen". Our 2 day stay not only offered glorious accomodations (with a French Country vibe) the spa, wellness center and food were a treat for the body and soul. The indulgence may have gotten to my head when I ordered the $40 Lobster Roll and Tater Tots w/ Truffles. Though delicious, I was 100% ready to go back to Raw Vegan meals after the trip. We all agreed to set returning as a next-level business reward.
