In 2008 I ate a 100% Raw Vegan diet to heal my body from a horrifying, life-threatening, blood disease!

I continued Raw for over 2 years but when I started not many people knew about the diet. The first person I found online was a beautiful, blond, Brit simply known as Shazzie. Her blog and videos taught me all I needed to know about the health benefits and delicious ways to prepare Raw Food!  As a result I not only healed from the blood disease, I became "Coach Carmen", written 4 unpublished books and created 4 successful coaching programs including the 28-Day Body & Soul Detox!

Shazzie has been a world-wide, Raw Food Superstar since 2003. Her online superfoods store (the world's first), her International, Raw Food cooking show and her books including "Detox Your World" and "Naked Chocolate" that she wrote with David Wolf (the Nutri-Bullet guy) have all increased her claim to fame. A dream came true when in 2019 my multi-million dollar Raw Food Mentor became my business coach!  Now that's going full-circle!

I loved the diet so much that I continued to study with many other awesome, Raw Food leaders. In all that I've learned this I know for sure... A RAW ORGANIC, PLANT-BASED DIET CAN TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE!

•  3 Hour Live Zoom Masterclass - This class alone is worth the complete program investment. It includes an in-depth Raw Food teaching that covers everything you need to know to begin a life-changing Raw Food Journey. Afterwards you'll join me in my kitchen where I'll show you how to make everything from nut milk and desserts to a full savoy, Raw Vegan meal that you would swear was cooked.

• Recipe Book - Follow along during the Masterclass or take your time going through the recipes in the book throughout the 21 days.

• Private Facebook Group - This will be our hub for Facebook Lives, check-ins, group support and annoucements.

• Facebook Live, Laser Check Ins - I will be popping in the Facebook group at least twice weekly to answer any questions and keep you encouraged.

• 2 Live Group Coaching Sessions  - These powerful, live sessions are included in the complete Raw Beauty Intensive program. Group coaching sessions are important because we get to speak with each other directly.

• Raw Beauty Guidebook - I wrote the guidebook because if you're like me hearing and even seeing what I need to do isn't enough! I need to have written detailed information on the subjust and that's what the guidebook offers.
