Most people have know idea how much of an impact their words have on their lives. This is why God is so serious about how we use them. If we think about the amount of times we grieve the Holy spirit with what comes out of our mouths each day we would think twice before we speak. Psalm 141:3 "Set a guard, O Lord over my mouth; Keep watch over thr door of my lips."
I guess, just as we say "you are what you eat", we can also say “you are what you speak”. In short it is important to realize that we have been creating, and will continue to create our world with your words so choose them well.
