I Know How You Feel! (Post Election 2024)

Greetings Sis!

I know what you’re going through.

I felt distress surging through my body off and on all day yesterday! We don’t have to discuss why because I’m very sure that you were feeling the same way. We felt that way not just because of what this can mean to us, our family, friends and people we know and don't know, but because of what I call the Universal, Vibrational Ripple Effect. 🌏

But it’s still too soon to say much more because when we experience deep hurt or loss of any kind we just need a minute. It can even be hard to talk to God at first! I get it!

I got up yesterday at 6am and before starting my Miracle Morning a text from Coach Denise came in. When I read it I felt a pit in my stomach. I went and told Mr. A the news and he told me to come back to bed with him. After discussing the situation I knew we had to pray to shift our frequency, so we did. The shift had begun but I needed to do more so we played our Gratitude Game. We play the game by continuing to take turns going back-and-forth saying all the things we were grateful for. It was hard at first. I had to get Mr. A back in the game a time or two. When I got up again I spent 2 hours listening to my favorite African Praise & Worship playlist.

You see raising our frequency when our flesh wants to focus on the situation is not easy. I had to, not only for my own preservation but to be a vessel of hope for my STB Community and others. I hope you are blessed by the poster I created for you below. 💗💗💗

We're going to have another Morning Prayer tomorrow Friday November 8th at 7:45am EST for empowerment and hope! I’m inviting our ministers in the Sharing The Bliss Community to join me in sharing words of inspiration.
