In this episode, Coach Denise and I aim to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to recover as fast as possible. As the seasons change and temperatures fluctuate, so does the chances of catching a cold, the flu or contracting Covid-19. By implementing these tips and making informed choices, you can bounce back in no time and safeguard the health of everyone you are in contact with.

7 Ways To Recover Quick From a Virus

1. Keep Really Hydrated: Drinking lots of pure water is always good. Including organic, coconut water is great! The best way to flush out a virus however, is by drinking healing, herbal infusions by the quart! COLD & FLU TAMER Healing Infusions is a great option. The herbs in this blend not only soothe throat irritation, they break up mucus and supports the respiratory and immune systems. As soon as you begin to feel symptoms give yourself a Covid test. If your symptoms persist dramatically it would be wise to consult with a healthcare professional (even if you tested negative) for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Remember, the cold I had brought on pain in my ear and eye. If I had not seen a doctor however, I would not have known I had a serious eye and ear infection which required antibiotics. 

This is more important if you have any pre-existing conditions. Seeking medical advice is crucial. Antiviral medications may be prescribed to reduce the severity and duration of symptoms. There's the thing most all of these prescription drugs for Covid have alarming side-affects. In addition to their many contraindications, the prescribed nasal sprays for Covid are designed to dry up mucus, which actually stops the body's natural detoxification process.
