Last week Coach Denise and I discussed the pros and cons of dieting. If you missed that episode be sure to go back because it lays a good foundation for this week.
This week we're focusing on the benefits and blessings of detoxing. Would you mind if I just cut to the chase? Awesome! If we do not learn how to detox our bodies and continue to allow the "Matrix Medical" to be our only source for health and wellness, we may never get well and/or stay well.
The reason being is that the root cause of most every disease known to man is not being addressed. That root cause is the overloading of toxins in our bodies, including unhealthy food, pesticides, herbicides, animal growth hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, fluoride (in our tap water and toothpaste), heavy metals (including mercury fillings), food dyes, environmental pollutants, vaccinations, and pharmaceuticals.
Detoxing allows sick, spent and worn out cells to flow out of the body. Removal of old cells makes way for new cells, to develop with new data from live, organic food. Detoxing also allows these new cells to produce in a less toxic environment. With the support of your doctor, detoxification can help reduce your medication.
